Capillium Ultra-II
The Capillium Ultra-II is the world’s only device that integrates advanced stacked sapphire technology with the working principle of fractional CO₂ lasers. It converts the planar energy of conventional FPL into a lattice-like pattern, hence the name FPL (Fractional Pulsed Light). This innovative design allows energy to be delivered with pinpoint accuracy and even distribution to the target tissue, achieving unparalleled treatment comfort and remarkable clinical outcomes.
Equipped with 9 wavelength filters, it can solve all skin problems and provide customized care solutions. Two custom point adapters are also included for targeted use on sensitive areas.
The Korean Cell Light employs a two-stage filtration process. First, the main crystal captures a broad spectrum of usable light (400-1400nm). Then, precise wavelength bands are isolated through individual filters. This dual-stage design ensures exceptionally pure filtration and zero UV radiation, achieving both safety and high efficacy.
The Korean Cell Light is equipped with nine sapphire filters, each 20mm thick. This greater thickness allows for a longer filtration path, resulting in higher purity. The nine filters cover different spectral bands, enabling targeted and precise treatment by matching the appropriate filter to specific skin conditions.

What is FPL Cellular Phototherapy?
FPL Cellular Phototherapy uses a dot-matrix honeycomb instantaneous delivery technology to precisely project intense light pulses onto the target area in a grid pattern. Because each spot is roughly the size of a single cell, it is named "cellular phototherapy." This design significantly reduces thermal damage to the surrounding skin, alleviating discomfort and ensuring excellent patient comfort while providing superior therapeutic effects.
Furthermore, this system overcomes the limitations of traditional fixed pulse widths, allowing for complete customization of the number of sub-pulses, pulse duration, and pulse delay. This overcomes the limitation of single-pulse systems where energy decay leads to decreased efficacy. By adjusting the pulse parameters as needed, you can optimize clinical results while minimizing thermal damage.
What is Near-Infrared Milk Light?
NIR milk light is a type of near-infrared light. Its operating wavelength range is 900-1800nm, with a peak wavelength of 1300nm. It doesn't affect melanin in the epidermis, but specifically targets water molecules within cells. This allows it to penetrate directly into the middle dermis, effectively repairing the basement membrane area, stimulating the production of new collagen, and promoting collagen fiber contraction. This results in firmer, more radiant skin. Furthermore, it accelerates the metabolism of melanin in skin cells, making the skin whiter, smoother, and brighter, just like milk. This is why it's called a "milk light."

Cell Light-II uses 515nm-950nm filters to remove pigmentation and 640–950nm filters for melasma and age spots. Its FPL technology delivers grid‑patterned energy, reducing pain and post‑treatment hyperpigmentation risk by 30%. Through selective photothermolysis, it destroys pigment cells without harming surrounding skin. A clinical study on Asian melasma patients showed 69.3% improvement after three sessions with no significant side effects. Dual‑stage filtering ensures zero UV radiation for safe, customized treatment. Ideal for freckles, sunspots, and stubborn pigmentation – results visible after the first session.
The ultra-high bin four-way shuttle automated warehouse system developed by the company can achieve ultra-high-density storage of 51 layers. Under the same floor space, the space utilization rate is 10 times higher than that of traditional flat warehouses, easily accommodating nearly 10,000 types of SKU precision materials, and perfectly meeting the large-scale storage needs of industries such as electronic components and auto parts.
Cell Light-II uses a dual-band acne filter (400-600nm & 800-1200nm): the short band kills bacteria via porphyrins, while the long band reduces sebum. Its FPL grid energy minimizes pain and hyperpigmentation risk. Clinical studies show 50% of patients achieve ≥50% lesion reduction after 3–5 sessions. Dual-stage filtration ensures zero UV for safe, personalized treatment. Ideal for stubborn acne, blackheads, whiteheads, and oily skin – results in weeks
Cell Light-II employs dual-band vascular filters (530-650nm and 900-1200nm) to treat facial telangiectasia, varicose veins in the legs, and rosacea. The shorter wavelength targets superficial hemoglobin, while the longer wavelength coagulates deeper blood vessels. Its FPL mesh technology minimizes the risk of pain and pigmentation. Clinical studies have shown its efficacy to be comparable to the gold standard pulsed dye laser, and it is particularly suitable for facial redness, spider angiomas, and ruptured capillaries.
Cell Light-II uses a 615-1200nm filter for hair removal. The light energy is absorbed by the melanin in the hair follicle and converted into heat, thus thermally damaging the hair root to prevent regrowth. Its FPL mesh technology minimizes pain and thermal damage. Clinical studies show that after only 3-5 treatments, an average hair reduction of 76% is achieved, with over 94% of areas achieving a reduction of over 50%. Dual-stage filtration ensures zero UV radiation, making it suitable for all skin types and body areas – noticeable results after the first treatment.
Cooling and Safety Systems
Dual Cooling System
This machine features an extra-large water tank, an Italian-imported water pump, and a dual cooling system, enabling continuous 24-hour operation. Even during continuous treatments in large-capacity clinic environments, this industrial-grade cooling infrastructure prevents overheating.
Adjustable contact cooling
The handle is equipped with a sapphire crystal lens, built-in TEC cooling system, and the cooling level interface is adjustable. During the treatment, the cooled sapphire contact head is in direct contact with the skin, immediately removing heat from the epidermis after each light pulse. This significantly reduces patient pain, eliminates the need for local anesthesia in most cases, and protects the skin from thermal damage, improving comfort.
Dual-stage Filtration Technology
Cell Light-II employs dual-stage filtration technology. The main crystal first captures a broad spectrum of usable light (400-1400nm), and then each gemstone filter separates the precise therapeutic wavelength. This technology ensures precise and effective treatment with zero ultraviolet radiation.
Non‑Invasive Technology
The system uses non‑invasive technology with no side effects when operated according to clinical protocols. The FPL fractional energy delivery pattern further reduces thermal load on healthy surrounding tissue.
Precise and Customized Energy
FPL Fractional Pulsed Light Technology
Unlike traditional IPL, which delivers energy as a continuous planar beam, Cell Light-II uses FPL (fractional pulsed light) technology to convert planar energy into a lattice-like (honeycomb) grid pattern. This segmented approach distributes energy to microscopic treatment areas rather than the entire skin surface, significantly reducing heat diffusion to surrounding tissues and lessening pain.
Honeycomb Instant Transmission Technology
The energy is delivered through honeycomb instant transmission technology, creating a spot size close to that of a single cell—hence the name “Cell Light.” This enables precise targeting with minimal energy loss, improving the safety of large‑area clinical treatments
Customizable Multi-Pulse Parameters
In addition to traditional fixed-pulse-width IPL systems, Cell Light-II allows for complete customization of sub-pulse counts, pulse widths, and pulse delays. This multi-pulse flexibility prevents the energy decay common in single-pulse systems, enabling physicians to fine-tune treatment parameters for each patient and skin type, achieving personalized treatment.
Magnetic Filter Connection
This system uses magnetic stacking technology to connect the waveplates. This design eliminates the air gaps present in traditional plug-and-play handle designs, thereby reducing light energy loss and improving treatment efficacy. The magnetic connection also facilitates disassembly, making daily cleaning and waveplate replacement easier.
Energy Range
The handpiece can provide pulse energy of 10-50 J/cm² depending on the filter selection and treatment plan, which is sufficient to meet the needs of hair removal, acne treatment, pigmentation removal, vascular coagulation, and skin regeneration.
Long life xenon lamp
The handpiece uses xenon lamps imported from the UK, which have longer life, stable energy output and better effects.
Customizable System Language
The touchscreen interface supports English as the standard language, and the system supports multiple languages that can be switched in the background. All screen prompts, treatment plans, and safety information can be localized for specific markets.
